Center Stage Children's Theater is dedicated to fostering lifelong confidence in every young performer. Every child, no matter how big or small their role, is essential to our productions. They learn that they are genuinely important, which helps them develop responsibility, friendship, teamwork, and collaboration. By supporting their fellow cast and crew members, they create a nurturing environment. We embrace inclusivity and firmly believe that the performing arts can impart valuable life skills to children. 🎭 Annual Cabaret Fundraiser
Join us for our annual cabaret-style fundraiser featuring classic and contemporary musical theater favorites! This is a fun, creative event where students get to help build the show—choosing songs they love and performing them in a cabaret setting at The Garten in Linda Vista.
Guests can enjoy delicious food from Pizza Cassette, German brews from Daft Brewery, and wine from Oddish Wines and Lost Cause Meadery, all while enjoying a fantastic performance by our young actors. The evening will also include a silent auction.
This program gives students a chance to perform great musical theater songs that may not always fit into a full production but are still exciting, age-appropriate, and fun to share on stage.

Rehearsals will take place inside the
Mission Hills United Church of Christ
4070 Jackdaw Street, Mission Hills, CA 92103
and the performance and silent auction will be held at The Garten in Bay Park/Linda Vista.
Open to: Grades 3–8
Rehearsal Dates: January 26 – February 27
Days/Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday — 4:30–6:30 PM
Performance Date is TBD, but will most likely be sometime between February 27-March 1
No rehearsal: February 13 & 16

🌟 Young Actors Class
Perfect for TK–3rd graders, this class introduces young performers to theater fundamentals through fun, interactive games and activities. Students rehearse songs, dances, and scenes from popular musicals, building confidence and performance skills along the way. The session concludes with a short showcase featuring costumes and props for friends and family to enjoy.
Class Dates: January 28 – May 6
Day/Time: Wednesdays — 3:15–4:30 PM
Performance Day: May 6 (class extended to 5:30 PM)
No class: April 1
