🎭 Important Information for All CAST & CREW Families
1. Parent CommitteesWe encourage every family to join at least one parent committee. There are many ways to get involved, and your participation is a valuable investment in your child’s CSCT experience.

2. Complimentary TicketsEach cast, crew, and Oompa Loompa Ensemble member may redeem 2 complimentary tickets per enrolled child.
🎟️ The comp code was sent in a previous email.
3. Costumes, Shoes & Make-up
  • During dress rehearsal and Performances: All cast members should arrive in undergarments so they can change quickly in and out of costumes. (Private changing areas are limited.)
  • Hair and make-up must be done before arrival.
  • Shoes:
    • Rehearsals → closed-toe shoes required.
    • Performances → all cast must wear soft-soled, closed-toe black/tan/pink shoes (jazz or ballet shoes preferred). No street shoes. 
  • Crew → must wear all black for performances.
4. Closing Day PotluckAfter our final performance on Sunday, November 16, we’ll celebrate with a cast & crew family potluck. This is a treasured CSCT tradition—we hope every family will join us! More info to come
5. Tech Week Rehearsal ScheduleOompa-Loompa Ensemble (K–3rd Grade)📅 November 10–13
  • Mon/Tues/Weds → 4:30–6:00 pm (No Dinner)
  • Thurs → 4:30–7:30 pm (Pizza Dinner served)
Cast & Crew (including Candy Kid Ensemble)📅 November 10–13
  • Mon–Thurs → 4:30–8:30 pm (Dinner served nightly)
✨ Thursday, November 13 = Final Dress Rehearsal
  • All cast/crew/oompas arrive with hair & make-up done
  • Change into costume upon arrival
  • A professional photographer will take action shots + our group photo for memory posters

6. Performance Dates & Call Times
  • Fri, Nov 14 → 5:30–8:30 pm
  • Sat, Nov 15 → 12:30–3:30 pm & 5:30–8:30 pm
  • Sun, Nov 16 → 12:30–3:30 pm

7. No Rehearsal Dates
  • Mon, Oct 13 → Indigenous Peoples’ Day
  • Fri, Oct 31 → Halloween

8. Performance Day Reminders
  • Please ensure your child has a nutritious meal before call time.
  • No snacks in costume.
  • Bring a water bottle (water fountains at the church do not work; backstage gets hot).
  • CREW → must wear all black.
  • All scripts must be returned on or before the final performance.

2. Rehearsal AttendanceAttendance is crucial for a successful production. Every rehearsal counts—regardless of role size. Please:
  • Review the rehearsal schedule carefully.
  • Notify your child’s teacher of their CSCT commitment.
  • Illness policy: unless your child has a fever, is vomiting, or cannot stand, they are expected to attend.
3. Zero Tolerance PolicyWe maintain a strict zero tolerance policy for:
  • Physical aggression
  • Verbal aggression or abuse
Any violation = removal from the production (no refunds issued).
4. Device PolicyWe strive for a zero-device environment at CSCT. To support this:
  • Devices must be turned off and stored away during rehearsals, tech week, and performances.
  • CSCT is not responsible for lost/stolen electronics—leave valuables at home.
