Main Stage Productions
Center Stage Children's Theatre produces two full-scale musical productions each year—one in the Fall and one in the Spring.
Registration typically opens about one month before rehearsals begin. Whether your child dreams of performing under the spotlight, working behind the scenes, or taking their very first steps onto the stage, we have a place for them!
🎭 Principal Cast (Grades 3–10)Our Principal Cast is designed for students who are ready to take on leading and supporting roles in a full musical production. We welcome performers who are enthusiastic, positive, and eager to grow as actors, singers, and dancers.

Every registered participant is guaranteed a place in the production. Auditions are held solely for casting purposes. Audition materials and preparation resources will be emailed after registration.

Commitment
Participation requires a commitment to rehearsals, Tech Week, and all performances. While not every cast member is called to every rehearsal, families should keep all scheduled rehearsal dates available. Please list any known conflicts during registration.
🎬 Technical Crew (Grades 4–10)The Technical Crew is the heart of every production, making the magic happen behind the scenes. No experience is necessary—our staff provides hands-on training in all aspects of technical theatre.

⭐ Young Performers Ensemble (Grades K–3)Perfect for our youngest theatre lovers! The Young Performers Ensemble introduces children to the excitement of musical theatre in a fun, encouraging environment with shorter rehearsals and plenty of time to shine.

🎟 Tech Week & Performances
All three groups-Principal Cast, Technical Crew, and Young Performers Ensemble—participate in Tech Week and perform together in our fully staged musical production.
Tech Week is where all of the pieces come together as we add costumes, lights, sound, scenery, and orchestra before opening night. It is an exciting and memorable part of the production experience, and attendance is required for all participants.
